It needs more umph. It's way too bland and square in my eyes to get me to think this team is good. Try playing with the logo's type more and work on the ways that the word Team interacts with VEX. I don't mean to be harsh but it's easy to tell this was done by an amateur. Keep it up though, I'd love to see a second draft. In my experience your work will always get better with time.
