Not liking the body language. Crossed arms is not very friendly or open. Also clothes are generic and don't convey much about the wearer. Nothing wrong with a nice, classy polo, but he really needs something that catches the eye. Try a matching watch, ring, and necklace. Anything. Does he wear hats? If so, a cool hat can work miracles. Oh, and unbutton that top button! Looks way too stuffy.

Also, there is nothing intriguing about the backdrop. Looks like an ordinary, boring park to me. Take him somewhere notable! I'm a big fan of urban wasteland backdrops and graffiti, as well as climbing up in the hills. Hell, go somewhere interesting, maybe one of his favorite haunts? Trespass somewhere for the proper ambiance if you must! (that's my plan).

Overall, the picture should tell an exciting story. You know what I'm reading off this? Average Joe, dressed nondescript, hanging out in a boring park, on a regular day. Put some emotion in the photo, damn it! Hope it goes well for ya...

hehe. It's a nice photo overall, just get his body language (as already stated) right and his eyes open. Also brush up that face a bit with a little bit of the shop Maybe only have him lean with one arm against the tree.
