Basically got bored of my desktop, so I messed around with it. Nothing special at all, but it works for me.

Wallpaper Image -- Default OSX
Visual Style (MSStyle) -- area 04 by Heylove
OSX Launcher Thinger -- RKLauncher
MirandaIM CList Modern Skin -- Simple Glass by manicho
Winamp Modern Skin -- ClearOne (beta)
Clock -- Rainmeter
Misc. Icons -- Random Chodes... I really don't remember sorry. Try, DeviantART & Customize.org.

Thats all I can remember...

Don't like Mac's, but I love their attention to graphic detail. Love the wallpaper, and have always loved the launcher bar and icons. The desktop overall layout has always made more sense to me, the toolbar on top is much easier for me personally... So I took what I liked and put it on what I had. :-)
